The most important rule is to treat the unit with respect. And, to be considerate to your neighbors.

No smoking of any kind in the unit. There is a smoking area on the roof of the building.
No open flames in the unit. No candles of any kind.
No pets are allowed in this unit.
Noise must be kept at a minimum between the hours of 10PM and 7AM.
Under no circumstances should you allow anyone access into the building that you don't personally know.
No illegal conduct of any kind is allowed in the building.
