Checking In

• Check in time is 3PM.
• You may request early check in, and if the unit is available I will text you and let you know that it is ready. Otherwise, if you need to store bags in the morning before checking in, please let me know ahead of time if possible.
• There are electronic systems for both the building and the unit itself. The building uses Butterfly MX, and the unit uses the August app.

ButterflyMX - Entry into the building

• The ButterflyMX system will send you a text message that includes both a QR code and a six digit code to enter the building. You may use either.

August - Entry into the unit

• The August app will send you a text message that allows you to download the app onto a smart phone. When you're at the door, open the app and press the large red circle in the middle of the screen. It should open the door and the circle should turn green. Once you're in the unit, you can use the key to the unit door located on the desk for your stay instead of the app if you prefer.

Parking Fob and Pass

• If you're using free parking, the keys will include both the unit key and the garage fob as well as the parking pass. You can go back to your car on the street and enter the P3 parking garage. Please review the Parking tab on this page for details of where you can park.
