Free Parking
If you are driving a compact car, and it must be a compact car, then I can offer you free parking. But, there are some hassles involved with this.
- You must only park on the P3 level. This is the southmost, big steel door in the alley beside the building. If you do not go down a ramp in order to get to parking spots, then you're in the wrong garage.
- You must display the parking pass that is on the desk on your car's mirror or dashboard.
- You cannot be outside the lines for a parking spot. They will tow you, and it's about $500. Ask me how I know this...
- You must return the parking pass to the desk when you leave. Replacement cost is $200. And, yes, I know that's ridiculous. And, yes I've told management this is ridiculous. So, don't forget.
- The fob that opens the garage door is also on the desk. You must only use the button near the middle of the fob, as this is the button to open the door for P3. If you press the other button it opens the P2 garage, and you're not allowed to park inside this area.
- The garage doors are monitored by cameras. You must wait both inside and outside until the doors are completely closed. The fine for not waiting is $100. The fine for letting somebody in is $1000. Please wait to make sure that the garage door closes completely before you move on to either park (if entering the building) or to drive away (if you're leaving the building) to ensure that nobody enters the building's garage after you open the door.
